Club Events & Live Music

DBCYA hosts a wide range of regular entertainment and special events all year round.
We host live music every Wednesday and Friday from 7pm and every Sunday from 5pm, all year round.
Local and touring artists deliver a relaxed variety of music genres, providing the perfect ambient backdrop for connecting with family and friends.

We also organise several special event shows throughout the year.
The Mega Annual Viking Funeral, our signature event, occurs in July evey year, based around a high evening tide. Lifesize Viking boat burning, live band, costume comps, fire shows, extra bars and seating and lots of Nordic mirth and merriment - a truly unique event and a must on the To Do calendar. 
We also host a swashbuckling Pirate Party to celebrate the Club's anniversary every August, where the club comes alive with marine theme, pirate antics and merry cheer.
Our New Year's Eve Party offers a relaxed yet upbeat alternative to the CBD, with live music and good vibes.
We also do ad hoc special events, including pop-up quiz nights, big band shows and marine swap meets.
